Easy to install. Ran the virus scan immediately which caught a number of viruses that were apparently sitting on my laptop for some time. This is a very unobtrusive program that doesn't seem to get in the way of other programs that I use. Overall, I'm very satisfied that with this purchase. Hopefully, the yearly renewals are reasonable enough to keep me as a loyal customer.

Finally accomplished set-up, having to by-pass various warnings that the product is not approved. Activation accomplished notice comes up but cannot be used because "License ~ problem." There isn't anything in support that actually explains the problem or anything that works to correct the problem. Of course there isn't any way to talk to a live person to get any help...just a constant run-around from one useless on-line support suggestion to the next.

                I have a shared wireless network connection at home. Will this product prevent the other computers on the shared wireless network users from being able to access my computer remotely? Even if it is a host computer? Can a network admin. Get through this program if they are the default IP address and know my IP address? I believe my spouse is hacking into my computer. He controls our network and also works from home with a vpn

                  No, this boxed program is for ONE COMPUTER only; (unless you download & buy it for 3, 5, or 10 computers). The program may not let you license it on the internet for 2 separate computers (even if you are one user). I would suggest that you get the program for 3 PC's.

                  Staples should just write 1 Computer or 3 Computers so that they don't confuse people. Seems like a translation problem. : )

                  As many people know, one computer can be used by many different people or (users) & people can create an individual user name & password for one computer or just a guest log-in for visitors that may borrow your computer. Hope this helps.
